Orders are generally shipped from our warehouse in California within 24 to 48 hours. Same day and rush processing is subject to availability, please phone in orders for SAME day shipping 866-478-7118. A rush surcharge may apply.
WARRANTY
All AlphaSonic™ machines come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on defects in workmanship and materials.
REPAIR POLICY
In order to process your repair request please contact our repair department at repairs@makepaingoaway.com to receive a return authorization and instructions for the mailing address. You must have an authorization before returning any items for repair.
RETURN POLICY
On rare occasion, someone may not experience the desired benefits from the AlphaSonic™. Our intention is that the AlphaSonic™ delivers tremendous benefits whether it's in your home or professional practice. If this is not the case, please contact an AlphaSonic™ representative at 866-478-7118 or scroll down to email us for return authorization. You must have an authorization before shipping any return items to AlphaSonic™. Books, homeopathic remedies and charts are not returnable. In some cases, a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
