SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using Federal Express or via USPS for post office boxes. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please contact us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

 

RETURN POLICY

Our intention is that the AlphaSonic™ delivers tremendous benefits whether it's in your home or professional practice. If this is not the case, please contact an AlphaSonic™ representative at (760) 751-2836 or email us for return authorization. You must have return authorization before shipping any return items to AlphaSonic™.

 

REPAIR POLICY

In order to process your repair request please contact our repair department at repairs@makepaingoaway.com to receive a return authorization and instructions for the mailing address. You must have an authorization before returning any items for repair.
